Excessive yarn hairiness creates multiple downstream challenges: frequent breaks during weaving, fabric pilling, uneven dyeing. Especially when producing high-count yarn and premium yarn-dyed fabrics, the defect rate remains high, which seriously hurts production efficiency and final fabric quality. Compact spinning adopts a negative pressure condensation system. It tightly gathers loose fiber strands before twisting.
