Liu Songwei is an engineer in the company’s Engineering Department. Since joining H-FANG, he has continuously tackled tough problems and dared to innovate. He keeps learning new technologies and skills in his work, striving to improve his professional and technical literacy. In the process of technological research and development, combined with the actual needs of projects, he has carried out technological research: on the basis of the HF1588JL wool spinning frame, he completed the upgraded development of the HF1688 medium and long fiber spinning frame and delivered prototype machines to customers for trial use. At present, 2 customers are trialing the prototypes, and one order is pending delivery.

As a core R&D personnel, he keeps up with the company’s needs for high-quality development and continuously expands into new fields. To further improve product quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency, Engineer Liu has devoted himself to research, giving full play to his professional knowledge and technical capabilities. He has carried out reasonable optimizations on components such as the yarn guide plate, middle wall plate footings, and head/tail sheet metal parts of the HF1588JL worsted spinning frame. This has brought significant economic benefits to the company and further enhanced the company’s capabilities in technological innovation.

Technological research is extremely difficult, but Engineer Liu deeply understands that only by continuously deepening engagement in the textile machinery field, focusing on original technologies, and improving independent innovation capabilities can the creativity and competitiveness of products be maintained. He and his colleagues shuttle back and forth in the workshop, closely monitoring every R&D detail, and promoting the continuous implementation of each plan. In the process of advancing the new single-spindle detection scheme, the through-beam single-spindle detection scheme has been finally confirmed. At present, the sample trial installation and commissioning have been completed, and the entire set of equipment installation plans is in the subsequent improvement stage.
